1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SpicyGuard software and services, currently operating in a closed Beta phase. SpicyGuard is an independent technology initiative. By accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Nature of Service

SpicyGuard provides B2B technological infrastructure, including digital watermarking and automated DMCA generation. We do not host, produce, or distribute adult content. Our services are strictly analytical and protective tools for independent creators and media agencies.

3. User Responsibilities

You retain all ownership and intellectual property rights to the media you process through our tools. You expressly warrant that you hold the legal copyright to all materials submitted to our system and that no content violates applicable international laws regarding exploitation or non-consensual media.

4. High-Risk Industry Disclaimer

We understand the unique nature of our clients' business. However, SpicyGuard reserves the right to terminate access immediately without refund if our infrastructure is used to process illegal content or if the user's actions threaten our payment processing agreements or server integrity.

5. Limitation of Liability

SpicyGuard is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee a 100% success rate in removing leaked content from third-party servers. Under no circumstances shall SpicyGuard be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, resulting from content leaks, platform bans, or service downtime.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by general principles of international commercial law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding online arbitration.
